The Lanka-Spanka Honeymoon Must-Do List

Lindsey, Larissa, and two coworkers, Ky & Tenise, put together a "Lanka-Spanka Honeymoon Must-Do List." It was a fun and goofy list of things that we had to do on our trip. Some of things included...

Take photo at a state line.

Get a trucker to honk at us. While we were stopped at the Utah sign a trucker honked. Not sure if he was honking for us to get off the road or if he saw the writing on the camper. We did get several honks and thumbs up from the writing on the camper.

Take a picture of wildlife. We got tons of pictures of wildlife including lizards, humming birds, ravens, deer, coyotes, a snake, chipmunks, big horn sheep, and wild horses. The one thing Zach really wanted to see was an elk and we never got to see one. Come to find out Dad saw one in his pasture the other day. Crazy!

Try a new activity. Kayaking was one of our new activities. The mule ride was a first for me as well.

Purchase a small object with state name on it. I purchased a couple tacky sticker decals to put on Barbara.

Take a picture of Zach hugging a statue.

Take a picture of Annie shaking a bartender, waitress, or clerk's hand.

Annie must wear the pink sunhat in public. I wore this a couple times. Once was at a wildlife museum. When I walked in I thought the clerk was going to burst out laughing.

Stop at one roadside point of interest or historical landmarker. If Zach would've had his way we would have stopped at thousands.

Ask an older couple the secret to marriage. One lady told me to always make sure whatever you are throwing at him during an argument is empty. She threw a pan of baked beans once and then had to clean it up.

Take a picture of a sunrise from an early morning hike. This was in Moab and the church was used in a John Wayne movie.

Get a picture of each wearing the leopard-print Snuggie. Zach has yet to put the Snuggie on but I'm working on him.

Gold stars for you guys! On a cold day this winter, you might come home and find Z wearing the snuggie. They always come around!

LK-I was thinking that the leopard snuggie could be my "Camp Coat" since you already have one. I might let you wear it once in awhile though.
